    We coordinate activities and review participation to refine the next period.

Your company can receive overall participation figures. Each patient's clinical information remains confidential.

Questions businesses often ask.

Can we start with a small budget?

Yes. You can explore a lower-cost access plan with per-visit charges, voluntary enrollment or a focused educational program. We shape each proposal around your team size and budget.

Do included visits have an extra charge?

There is no additional charge at the visit for services included under the agreement, within its limits and conditions. This does not cover every dental treatment; care outside the package is assessed and quoted separately.

Can the company pay only part of the cost?

Yes. Your company can cover the full program fee, contribute a fixed amount per employee, subsidize specific services or arrange voluntary enrollment. The proposal separates monthly contributions from any charges due at a visit.

Does the monthly fee include a workplace visit every month?

Visit frequency is defined in your program. An agreement billed monthly may include quarterly or twice-yearly activities, along with materials and follow-up between visits. More frequent visits can also be quoted.

Can family members join?

Family membership can be added to the agreement for an additional fee. We define who can enroll, which benefits they receive, and whether the employee, the company, or both pay.

How does the company care budget work?

Your company makes monthly contributions toward a budget for eligible employee care. The agreement sets out limits, approval requirements, how long the balance remains valid, and what happens to unused funds. Any coordination fee is listed separately.

Is this dental insurance?

No. This is a direct service agreement with RR Estudio Dental, not a dental insurance policy. The contract sets out which services are included, their limits and the applicable fees. If your team already has dental benefits elsewhere, we can discuss how to organize appointments without assuming those benefits can be combined.

What information does Human Resources receive?

The administrative and overall participation information needed to manage the agreement. Each employee's diagnoses and treatment details remain part of their confidential care and are not included in general reports.
